The Story Behind Tommy
Tommy Cogs is a Sydney based coach and endurance athlete who uses running as a tool to build resilience, discipline, and purpose. A personal trainer with a strength and conditioning background, he’s completed multiple marathons, including 12 in 12 days for the Starlight Foundation. His approach blends endurance, strength, and recovery to build capacity without breaking the body -training with intent, staying consistent, and putting purpose behind every mile.

I started our running program because running changed my life. It taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, and I wanted to help others experience that same growth. I saw how many people struggle without the right guidance, so I created a program that’s simple, supportive, and built to help runners of all levels get stronger both physically and mentally.
